Latties Sea Moss gel is hand made in the UK from wild sea moss lovingly harvested by boat by my grandfather and family back in Jamaica.

Our sea moss can be added to your recipes hot or cold - porridge, muesli, smoothies or, in my case, Jamaican goat curry 

You can also use this natural gel as a face mask for healthier skin which shines like  Caribbean sunshine!
